By accessing or using dailyharend.com or pages operated as Prompt Harend, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
About Prompt Harend
Prompt Harend is a creator-led library of original AI image-generation prompts operated by Dinda Harend. It is currently free to access and is not a marketplace, seller platform, user-submission service, or account-based service. See About Prompt Harend and About Dinda Harend.
What the site provides
Prompt Harend may provide image prompts, declared variables, usage instructions, real generated demo images, testing and consistency notes, provider or model information, visual guidance, and limitations. Not every page contains every element. The content is informational and practical in nature.
Free access
Published Prompt Harend prompts are currently free to access and use. Visitors do not need an account, subscription, payment, or purchase to access the published prompt text.
Prompt Harend may introduce optional support, advertising, or other features in the future. No current monetization method should be assumed to be active unless clearly stated.
Permitted use of individual prompts
Unless a specific prompt clearly says otherwise, readers may copy an individual prompt, modify its instructions or variables, use it with an AI image-generation tool, and use the resulting workflow for personal, professional, or commercial activity. No attribution is required merely for using an individual prompt in the reader's own workflow.
Outputs generated independently by a user are not claimed by Prompt Harend merely because that user used a Prompt Harend prompt. Users remain responsible for the AI provider's terms, licensing rules, intellectual-property issues, trademarks, likeness or personality rights, commercial-use restrictions, and applicable law.
What free use does not allow
Free access does not permit someone, without permission, to bulk-copy the Prompt Harend library, scrape it for republication, mirror the site, republish large portions of the collection, sell copied prompts as a pack or library, build a competing library primarily by copying the site, remove branding and present Prompt Harend editorial content as their own, or use the Prompt Harend name or logo misleadingly.
Free permission applies to individual prompt text, not the Prompt Harend site, collection, database, design, branding, editorial explanations, or demo images. These Terms do not prohibit ordinary bookmarking, sharing a page link, or quoting a small portion with appropriate context.
Intellectual property
Original site design, branding, logo, written explanations, curated prompt presentations, examples, supporting editorial content, and the collection itself may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. This does not claim exclusive ownership over generic ideas, common prompting patterns, general visual concepts, ordinary factual information, or concepts that cannot legally be monopolized.
Prompt outputs and demo images
Demo images shown on Prompt Harend demonstrate real tested results of the prompt being presented. Permission to copy or use the prompt text does not automatically permit downloading and republishing those demo images, using them as product photography or advertising, reselling them, redistributing them as stock assets, or presenting them as another prompt library's work.
Prompt Harend does not claim ownership of images a visitor independently generates using a Prompt Harend prompt. Users must review their own outputs under the relevant AI provider terms and applicable law.
No guarantee of results
Using a prompt does not guarantee identical generations, accuracy, quality, commercial suitability, business results, or a particular visual result. Tested demos show that a prompt was genuinely tested; they do not guarantee reproduction across users, models, versions, settings, or future generations.
AI providers are third parties
Prompt Harend is independent from third-party AI and image-generation providers unless explicitly stated otherwise. Those services have their own terms, pricing, usage limits, licensing rules, privacy practices, and model behavior. Prompt Harend does not control them; mentioning a provider or product does not imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for deciding whether a prompt fits their needs, reviewing AI output, verifying important information, complying with laws and employer or platform rules, protecting confidential information, and deciding whether AI-generated material can safely be used. Users should not blindly rely on AI output for important decisions.
High-stakes use
Prompt Harend is not a substitute for qualified professional advice in medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-stakes matters. Users should seek qualified advice and authoritative sources where necessary, and independently verify important outputs. The Disclaimer provides additional context.
Image-generation considerations
Generated images may contain visual artifacts, unintended text or logos, recognizable styles, trademark-like elements, inaccurate objects, anatomy issues, or unintended likenesses. Review outputs carefully before publication, client delivery, advertising, or commercial use. The Disclaimer provides more detail.
Prohibited use of the website
Users must not intentionally interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, overload infrastructure, inject malicious code, conduct automated extraction intended to reproduce substantial content, impersonate Prompt Harend or Dinda Harend, or use the site for clearly unlawful purposes.
Automated access and scraping
Normal search-engine indexing and legitimate access are not the target of this restriction. Prompt Harend does not permit automated extraction primarily intended to reproduce its prompt library, build a competing database, or mass-republish editorial content, subject to applicable law.
Third-party links and social media
Prompt Harend may link to AI tools, official documentation, external sources, social platforms, and other websites. Prompt Harend does not control those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Current social links include TikTok and Facebook. These are third-party services and do not imply ownership or control by Prompt Harend.
Future advertising, affiliates, or support
Prompt Harend may in the future use advertising, voluntary support, affiliate links, sponsorships, or other reasonable monetization. None is currently active through the site. Material commercial relationships should be disclosed where appropriate, and they should not be assumed to create paid services or payment terms that do not exist.
No user accounts or user-submitted prompts
Prompt Harend currently does not provide user or seller accounts, prompt uploads, marketplace listings, public comments, or third-party prompt sales. There are currently no marketplace seller terms or account-management terms. If this changes, these Terms should be updated.
Availability and changes to the site
Prompt Harend may update pages, improve prompts, remove outdated content, change features, reorganize categories, or temporarily make the site unavailable for maintenance. Uninterrupted availability is not promised.
Content updates and corrections
Content may change when prompts are improved, AI models change, information becomes outdated, or errors are found. The Corrections Policy explains how reported issues are handled.
Copyright or attribution concerns
If you believe Prompt Harend content improperly uses your work or raises an attribution concern, contact contact@dailyharend.com with the relevant page URL, a description of the concern, and enough information to understand it. No specific legal procedure or agent is designated by these Terms.
Privacy
Use of the site is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Those pages describe information and browser-technology practices without being duplicated here.
Disclaimer of warranties
Prompt Harend is provided on an informational, as-available basis. Prompt Harend does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, universal prompt compatibility, or specific AI results.
Limitations of responsibility
Users remain responsible for how they use prompts, AI-generated outputs, recommendations, and third-party services. Prompt Harend should not be treated as responsible for every consequence of decisions made solely from AI output. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law
These Terms operate subject to applicable law. No specific governing country, state, province, or court is designated here.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when Prompt Harend changes features, content permissions, monetization, services, or legal and operational needs. Meaningful changes should update the visible Last updated date. Prompt Harend does not promise email notice because there is no account or subscription system.
