AI Usage Policy

Why this policy exists

Prompt Harend is a curated library of original AI image-generation prompts, so it is important to be open about the role AI tools may play in developing, generating, testing, and documenting its visual prompt content.

It complements the Editorial Policy, which describes the publishing standards for originality, testing, review, sourcing, updates, and corrections.

Editorial responsibility

Dinda Harend retains overall editorial ownership of Prompt Harend. AI output is not automatically correct, original, visually acceptable, or publishable simply because it looks polished.

Codex production validation may approve a prompt when the complete quality gate passes. Dinda may later audit, correct, retest, update, unpublish, or remove content.

How AI may be used

AI tools may assist with brainstorming visual concepts, refining instruction clarity, structuring reusable variables, improving composition or lighting directions, identifying ambiguity, testing variations, comparing results, suggesting refinements after observed failures, writing generation notes, and supporting technical or content integration.

These are possible uses, not a claim that every task or page is AI-assisted. AI assistance does not mean a prompt is generated unchanged and published automatically.

How prompts are created

A Prompt Harend image prompt should begin with a clear visual purpose and use case. The workflow may include defining the intended result, drafting a master prompt, designing variables, using AI to explore or compare approaches, refining the structure, reviewing generated images, documenting limitations, and deciding whether the result is useful enough to publish.

Production automation does not lower the originality, testing, metadata, or usefulness requirements. The Editorial Policy defines the publication standard.

Image generation and real demos

AI image-generation tools are used to produce real test and demo images for published image prompts. The current workflow may use Codex internal image generation when available; where that is the accurate available metadata, the result may be identified as “Generated with Codex image generation.”

Prompt Harend does not manually fabricate a polished result and present it as genuine AI output. Demo images shown as tested results must correspond to actual generation from the published master prompt and its declared variables.

Four-demo testing

Each publication-ready image prompt is tested with at least four authentic generated results using one final master prompt and different declared variable configurations. A single attractive generation is not enough.

The purpose is to observe reusability, consistency, customization range, and practical limitations. If the master prompt is materially revised, the final demo set should be regenerated and re-reviewed using the revised version.

Review and refinement

Generated images are evaluated for visual artifacts, incorrect anatomy or object geometry, distorted materials, unwanted text or logos, trademark-like elements, inconsistent reflections, unexpected background elements, and composition differences. Poor results may lead to prompt revision, regeneration, and another testing round.

Not every flaw can be eliminated, and testing does not guarantee identical reproduction. A prompt with human review may be identified separately from one validated by the automated production quality gate.

Production quality gate

Codex may publish a prompt automatically only when it is original or substantially developed, has four authentic demos from one final master prompt with declared variable changes, passes consistency checks, uses valid optimized assets, has complete metadata and SEO, contains no placeholders, and passes every applicable publication check. Human review is not falsely claimed for automated releases.

Factual verification

AI-generated answers are not treated as authoritative sources. When supporting content includes factual claims about AI products, model features, pricing, technical specifications, company policies, research, laws, regulations, health, finance, safety, or other verifiable topics, reasonable efforts should be made to verify those claims.

Where practical, verification should favor official documentation, first-party or primary sources, reputable publications, and authoritative references. An AI-generated answer alone is not factual evidence.

Hallucinations and errors

Generative AI can invent facts, produce outdated information, misinterpret context, fabricate citations, make logical mistakes, and give inconsistent results. That is why AI output requires review.

Prompt Harend should not knowingly present invented AI output as verified fact. If an error is found after publication, it should be handled through the correction process.

Provider and model differences

Image-generation results may differ between providers, models, versions, settings, and available features. Prompt Harend should not claim a prompt was tested with a particular provider or model unless it actually was.

AI image generation is probabilistic: composition, materials, details, reflections, text, and other elements can shift even when the same prompt is used. Real demos demonstrate actual tests, not guaranteed reproduction.

Provider and model metadata

Testing metadata is reported honestly. If the exact model or version is visible, it may be recorded accurately. If it is not visible or available, Prompt Harend does not guess or fabricate model IDs, release names, versions, or provider details.

AI-generated images and visuals

Generated images may include visual artifacts, incorrect anatomy or objects, unwanted text, random logos, trademark-like elements, unexpected likenesses, or resemblance to third-party material. Dinda reviews visual outputs before publication and may regenerate or revise a prompt when necessary.

Personal information and privacy

Private or confidential information should not be submitted to AI tools merely to create Prompt Harend content. This includes private customer data, passwords, credentials, confidential documents, and private photos without appropriate permission.

This is general caution, not a security guarantee. The Privacy Policy addresses site privacy practices separately.

Copyright and attribution

AI assistance does not remove the responsibility to respect third-party intellectual property. Prompt Harend should not intentionally use AI to copy another creator's artwork, recreate unauthorized source images, misrepresent third-party work, scrape paid prompt libraries, or fabricate attribution.

Generated results should be reviewed for accidental logos, copyrighted characters, likeness concerns, trademark-like elements, and obvious resemblance to third-party source material. External materials that meaningfully support factual or contextual content should be attributed where appropriate.

Authorship and disclosure

Dinda Harend remains the named human author and creator responsible for Prompt Harend content. An AI tool does not become the author of the site because it assisted with part of the workflow.

Prompt Harend should not claim that content was entirely human-produced when AI materially assisted in a context where that distinction matters. At the same time, disclosure should be proportionate and meaningful rather than repeated unnecessarily on every sentence.

Editorial judgment

AI tools do not independently decide what deserves publication, whether a prompt is useful enough, whether factual claims are sufficiently supported, how limitations should be presented, or whether a correction is needed. Those decisions remain human editorial decisions.

High-stakes use cases

AI-generated content and prompts are not substitutes for qualified professional judgment in medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-stakes decisions. Users should independently verify important outputs and seek qualified advice where necessary. See the Disclaimer for further context.

Updates as AI systems change

AI tools evolve quickly. Prompt Harend may update content when models or behavior change, features are added or removed, prompts become less effective, or better approaches are found.

A prompt that worked previously may require revision. No fixed retesting schedule is promised.

Corrections

If AI-assisted content results in an error or misleading statement, Prompt Harend should correct it when identified. Readers can report concerns at contact@dailyharend.com, through the Corrections Policy, or via the Contact page.

What Prompt Harend does not do

Prompt Harend does not fabricate tests or sources, fabricate credentials, present hallucinations as facts, copy paid prompt libraries, present AI output as professional advice, falsely claim human review, or claim that a prompt works universally when that has not been established.

Free access and editorial independence

Published prompts are currently free to access. Any future advertising, affiliate relationship, donation, or sponsorship must not determine test outcomes, visual-review conclusions, consistency notes, or publication approval.

Future changes

AI tools and Prompt Harend's workflow may evolve. If the role of AI materially changes, this policy should be updated. Material policy changes should be reflected by changing the visible Last updated date.
