How Prompt Harend handles visitor information, communications, cookies, service providers, and future advertising technologies.
Introduction
Prompt Harend is a creator-led AI prompt library maintained by Dinda Harend. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, shared, and protected when someone uses dailyharend.com and pages operated as part of Prompt Harend.

Scope of this Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the Prompt Harend website at dailyharend.com and its related pages. External websites linked from Prompt Harend have their own privacy practices, and Prompt Harend does not control how those services handle information.
Information you choose to provide
There is currently no user account system, contact form, newsletter form, or comment system. A visitor may voluntarily provide information by contacting Prompt Harend directly by email, such as an email address, name, message contents, or attachments included by the sender.
Please avoid sending unnecessary passwords, financial details, medical records, authentication credentials, or other sensitive information through ordinary email.
Information processed automatically
When someone visits a website, hosting and network infrastructure may process standard technical information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site. Depending on the infrastructure configuration, this can include an IP address, browser and device information, operating system, requested page, date and time, referring URL, basic request logs, and error or security information.
This does not mean Dinda Harend personally sees or reviews all such information. Some information may be handled by infrastructure providers as part of operating the web service.
How information is used
Information may be used where reasonably necessary to operate and deliver the website, respond to emails, handle corrections or feedback, address privacy or copyright concerns, maintain security, diagnose technical problems, prevent abuse, improve content or site functionality, or meet applicable obligations.
Email communication
Email sent to contact@dailyharend.com is used primarily to respond to the communication and handle the matter raised. Correspondence may be retained when useful for follow-up, corrections, attribution or copyright questions, security, or record keeping. Prompt Harend does not claim that ordinary email is end-to-end encrypted.
Google AdSense and advertising
Google AdSense is not currently installed or active on Prompt Harend. Prompt Harend may use Google AdSense to display advertising in the future. If and when Google advertising is enabled, Google and advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers to serve, measure, secure, limit repetition of, and where permitted personalize advertising.
Third parties may place and read cookies in a visitor's browser or use web beacons, IP addresses, or similar technologies as a result of ad serving. Prompt Harend does not control Google's data practices. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Personalized and non-personalized advertising
If advertising is enabled, ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on visitor location, consent, account settings, applicable requirements, and the advertising configuration selected at that time. Personalized ads are not currently being served by Prompt Harend.
Consent for advertising and cookies
Where consent is legally required, Prompt Harend intends to use an appropriate consent mechanism before activating technologies that require consent. Requirements can vary by region.
Before serving Google personalized ads where applicable in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Prompt Harend must implement and verify the required Google-certified consent management workflow. No consent management platform is currently active.
Google ad settings and user controls
Google provides controls for advertising personalization through its Google Ads Settings. Visitors can also generally control cookies and browser storage through browser settings, although blocking certain technologies can affect some website functionality.
Analytics
Prompt Harend uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, to measure traffic, page views, and general engagement with the site. Google Analytics may process technical and usage information, including browser and device details, referring URLs, approximate location, and interactions with pages. The Google Analytics Measurement ID used by this site is G-7PD6GFCMBR.
Analytics is configured for measurement and reporting; Prompt Harend does not intentionally submit directly identifying information such as names, email addresses, passwords, or message contents to Google Analytics. Visitors can review Google's information practices and manage browser controls through the available privacy settings.
Third-party service providers
Technical service providers may process information needed for hosting, content delivery, DNS or security, and email delivery or hosting. No specific hosting or email vendor is identified here because it has not been confirmed in the project configuration.
Service providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies where applicable.
External links
Prompt Harend may link to AI tools, documentation, source websites, social profiles, and other third-party sites. Following an external link takes you to a service that Prompt Harend does not control and whose privacy practices may differ.
AI services and visitor data
Publishing content about AI does not automatically mean visitor personal data is submitted to AI systems. Prompt Harend does not routinely send visitor emails or messages into AI tools as part of the current website implementation.
Personal or confidential information received from visitors should not be intentionally submitted to third-party AI systems unnecessarily. If a future workflow materially changes this practice, this policy should be updated. See the AI Usage Policy.
Sensitive information
Prompt Harend is not designed to collect passwords, authentication credentials, financial credentials, government identification numbers, medical records, highly sensitive personal information, or confidential third-party material. Visitors should not intentionally send such information through ordinary contact email unless necessary and appropriate.
Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received, operational or security needs, record keeping, dispute handling, or applicable obligations. Email correspondence may be retained for follow-up, corrections, attribution or copyright issues, or records. Technical logs may be retained according to relevant infrastructure provider policies.
Prompt Harend does not promise automatic deletion where no deletion system has been established.
Data security
Reasonable steps are taken to protect information and maintain a secure website. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and Prompt Harend does not claim security certifications or audits that have not been established.
International data processing
Internet infrastructure and third-party service providers may process information in countries other than a visitor's own. The location and applicable safeguards may depend on the providers involved at the time. Prompt Harend does not claim specific transfer safeguards that have not been confirmed.
Privacy rights and requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to personal information, potentially including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Not every right applies to every visitor or situation.
Privacy requests can be sent to contact@dailyharend.com. Prompt Harend may need enough information to understand or reasonably verify a request, but should not require unnecessary identification.
Children's privacy
Prompt Harend is a general-audience website and is not intentionally designed as a service directed specifically at young children. It does not knowingly seek to collect children's personal information through account registration because there is currently no account system.
If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information directly to Prompt Harend, they may contact contact@dailyharend.com.
Do Not Track and browser controls
Privacy controls vary across browsers and services. Prompt Harend does not claim support for a specific universal Do Not Track standard. Visitors may manage cookies and storage through browser controls and use relevant third-party privacy settings.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when website functionality changes, new services are introduced, advertising or analytics is enabled, data practices change, or legal and policy requirements change. Material updates should update the visible Last updated date. Prompt Harend does not promise automatic email notice to visitors.
